If I could give them a lower score I would! They stole our money, and damaged our camper that they were paid to transport and deliver. We prepaid them for the transportation, they did not pay the driver who called my husband and told him that he would not deliver it until he was paid in cash. Craig told us he would reimburse us for the prepayment so that we could pay the driver. We were NEVER reimbursed. My husband finally had to get cash to get our camper and had to go to some super scary neighborhood to pick it up - it was damaged. When I tried to reasonably get it resolved with Craig and his team, they either acted like they didn’t remember what I was talking about or that they thought it had been taken care of….bla, bla, bla. When I would call to find out what the status was of reimbursement MONTHS after they would tell me I was harassing them. Unfortunately, they didn’t take AMEX and so I paid from my bank directly and was unable to contest the charge - we just basically paid twice. They are total crooks, and very dishonest disrespectful people. BEWARE

Yes, I would recommend this company for transporting any of your valuable items. The process was rather smooth, the communication however can definitely be improved with the company directly. The driver that was assigned to me was amazing and kept me up to date with his travel quite frequently. I was told the delivery date, and my boat was delivered on that day in perfect condition.

This company robbed us for $1500. They picked up excavator from our client in Naples, FL. Our company the bill before anything was done. Their Driver not only showed up late, but charged them additional $1,500 cash. This was never said, but clearly this is a calculated tactic as the importance of delivery could not be delayed any further. Nice move guys. Our company was to get credit card reimbursed for the $1,500. That never happened, its been almost 2 months now. All we hear is when we contact Manager is "Oh my god...they didn't credit this yet" Its a broken record. Our Manager has done his best to collect this money to date. You use these guys expect the same treatment. Its a shame we have companies like this doing business. Michele

No communication! non payment!!!Avoid Haul Away Logistics LLC at all costs! They do NOT pay the carriers. We completed a transport of a 1988 Chevrolet G30 chassis from De Beque, CO to Harbor, WA (Order #17426476) between June 28, 2024, and July 1, 2024. Despite our repeated attempts to collect the payment, they have failed to pay us. This company is a scam, and they will leave you hanging with no payment after completing the job. Beware if you are considering doing business with them—your hard work won't be compensated! COMPANY NAME BPA HOTSHOT CORP

My company was hired to haul a load for Haul Away Logistics. The agreement was COD. We picked up and delivered the equipment but were never paid. Well, we were paid but with a bad check. The check was returned and chargedback to my account. I've tried to reachout to Steve, Rob and Katherine to reissue the payment and yet here I am writting a review about non-payment. Please when booking with them try to receive a cahapp, Zelle, ACH or wire payment before delivering for them.
