Best moving crew! They worked well together and made sure they didn’t scratch the walls or the furniture. They worked tirelessly until the job was complete. They are not the cheapest in town, but you will get what you pay for with this crew. I will definitely use them again if I have to move again.

Benjamin and Miguel helped me today. They were very kind, and even were willing to delay the start by 90 minutes from the time they arrived because I wasn’t ready in time. Definitely recommend them for moving.

They were careful with moving everything, Benjamin and his brother are hard workers and they made us feel very important. We needed help last minute and they made sure to come and help us. We needed last minute movers and I contacted this company and spoke to a nice lady who gave me 2 time slot options and said I could pay cash when the movers arrived. She left it open in case I needed to take the alt time slot as I had to wait for confirmation from my landlord. The day before the move I got a text to confirm but wasn't able to return the call right then. In less than 2 hours they texted that they were cancelling the move. Once I reached my landlord I immediately (6pm)called back to secure the alt appointment time. I left a detailed message for the woman I spoke to (as directed) Today I did not receive any confirmation email, text or call back to confirm so I called on my way home and the Owner was calmly rude and just insisted that I had to pay in full through venmo in order to book that appointment. I explained my interaction with the woman prior and he just said he would give me numbers for other movers knowing we have trouble finding someone. Be careful with companies like this, it may not seem like an extreme case to give 1 star and a bad review but in my experience imagine how they deal with things if they loose or damage your belongings! I'm sure they have some clause or a very cheap replacement amount (usually .19 per pound) they are responsible to meet if you file a claim. People who just repeat a rule (they made up) instead of hearing you out and coming to an agreement hardly ever do the right thing when it counts!
