Horrible Experience! I called for a tow at 4:45pm they told me 45 minutes took 2 hours and told me they were still 20 minutes out didn’t call to notify me I ended up ordering a new tow truck because I wasn’t about to wait 20 more minutes for them to just give me another time like they kept doing I called 4 times they kept giving me different ETAs My card was broken down on the freeway with my children in the car in 90 degrees . They clearly don’t care about their customers NEVER AGAIN

Says 35-40 minutes. I end up waiting for 90 minutes and still no one shows up! The customer service phone also hard to listen to And they keep putting you on hold. Working with them is just frustrating.
