Hawkeye Movers delivered all our household goods that had been in storage for months as part of a military move. Because there isn't a military base nearby, we weren't sure how familiar the crew would be with military moving guidelines but the crew that Hawkeye Movers sent to deliver our items was superb! Paul, Zach and David were highly efficient and professional. They unpacked all the items as requested and did so much more quickly than expected. As the team lead, Paul was particularly diligent and helpful in making sure the delivery went smoothly, noting items that were broken upon unpacking and checking with us to make sure we were satisfied. This was one of the best moving crews we have had in over 25 years of military moves and since this was our last one, we especially appreciated their professionalism Highly recommend them!

Hawkeye movers is a family owned company that cares about its customers. The owner has been in the moving business for many years and after speaking to him I could tell he really knows his stuff! The staff was courteous every time I talked to them and our movers were very skilled and professional. Our goods were delivered undamaged and they even took the time to protect our carpets. I would definitely move with Hawkeye Movers again in the future!

Hawkeye Movers recently helped us move cross country. Aaron with Hawkeye came on moving day and went above and beyond just the moving task. Aaron is a stand-up guy, all-around amazing human being. Couldn't have asked for a better prepared, more helpful and professional guy to help us get on the road after loading up 18 years worth of memories and family experiences. Aaron totally understand and was empathetic to our needs and our circumstances, and he gave us incredible help in making a difficult move much less difficult. We can't thank Hawkeye and Aaron enough for all of their assistance. Highly recommended!

I want to commend the job done by the Hawkeye Movers team that moved us from Bettendorf, IA to Asheville, NC. This was our eight move so we are not new to this process. In fact this is our third move with Hawkeye Movers and this experience was every bit as professional as the previous moves. The big difference with this move is that it was a personal move and not a corporate move so we were much more involved on the front end of the process. From the first contact with Sean Lung, to Tina, Ashton and Paul showing up to pack, to Aaron, Zack, Tyler and Chris showing up to load, the experience in Bettendorf was excellent. The truck arrived in Asheville Monday morning as promised. The Asheville crew consisting of Jeremy and Will were at the house at 8:00 to prep for the arrival of the truck at 9:00. Aaron was right on time with the truck and everything was in place for the crew to immediately begin the unloading process. Our belongings arrived in great shape and the crew did an excellent job of placing furniture while protecting the new house. We were amazed to how quickly they unloaded the truck while still taking the time to make sure they were placing things where we wanted them. We could not be happier with the moving experience provided by Hawkeye Movers. Both the IA crew and the NC crew had great work ethic as well and good customer skills. This goes a long way in making a move go well and delivering not only furniture but satisfied customers.

Not only were they kind and personable, but they handled our home goods as if they were their own, which is very rare. As a military family we have had plenty of bad moving experiences, and this was thankfully not one of those! We didn’t feel rushed or treated as another number on the page and overall it was a stress free experience
