Didn’t get to use them as movers because of a last minute moving date change. Their customer service is amazing. Roderick went above and beyond to try and secure a different moving company for our new move date. If we move again in Houston, these are the guys we are going with. Second to none.

Troy is very professional and so easy to work with. I needed help in unloading my stuff and taking them up to my 3rd floor apartment. He was very careful with everything. Very accommodating, too, when scheduling service. I'm recommending his company to family and friends.

Troy and his team were amazing. They arrived early and ready to go. They did not need a lot of instruction at all. Easy to communicate with, excellent rate and professional. Will use them again and recommend to anyone who is willing to listen.

Hayes Moving Service came through! These guys were super professional. I had a pretty small move and they worked with me on pricing since it wouldn't take too long. I also let them know pretty last minute and they were there right when I needed them. They also wore masks as requested and were just super nice guys. Highly recommend for any move needed.

These guys were great! On time, unbeatable price, friendly and above all, professional. Every piece of furniture I own was wrapped with pillow top pads and then saran-wrapped to keep those pads in place. Zero damages to any of my property and just all around good guys. 10/10 would recommend and I WILL be using them in our next move!
