I would give 100 stars if I could. Chris and his wife Beth were more than hospitable. We had a flat on our new van and didn’t realize there was no spare. We called Hayes and since a tow truck couldn’t accommodate 6 of us his wife Beth came to make sure my kids safely got to discount tire. They were so quick and such nice people. We were on our way to Gulf Shores from Lafayette, Indiana and I’m not sure I’ve ever met kinder people. I seriously can’t thank Beth and Chris enough for ensuring the safety of my family. Let me start off by telling you all how amazing this towing service is. I was out stranded with my wrecked car, and I made the decision to choose this company in hopes of receiving a good outcome because my day had already been hard. I called them and explained my situation, and they did nothing but put me first in the most excellent care. I 100% recommend them. They are the best. Thanks to these wonderful people and all the blessings left to come.

Best tow company experience ever! Great price, speedy service (20min!), and friendly staff ( thanks Cedro and Chris)! What more could you ask for? Having a flat tire sucks enough but they made the whole process pleasant! Highly recommend their services and saving their number for future times in need! Thank you guys so much!!

After dealing with roadside service and being on the side of the road with a near blowout for nearly an hour Hayes took care of us. Our driver Donaldvinn not only got us to a tire place but also found us someone that could replace the tire in less then an hour and stayed with us until we were safe and back on the road. Thank you for taking care of me and my family!

Hayes was the second towing company I called. Even though they took longer than they had initially told me on the phone, I'm giving them five stars because they communicated with me and helped see the whole process through. Ms. Melanie was extremely helpful. Tyres was great and didn't take him long to get us towed to our destination. Everyone I have spoken to with the company were helpful, courteous, and kind.
