Be aware of this broker, they double book the loads for cheap.who ever doing it for less will get the load.I was at customer for 4 hrs waiting to get loaded, another driver showed up and take the load.I will not ever get load from this broker.don’t waste your time.

A great company, I was able to put my kid through college because how many loads they give me a week. Never cheap, great communication. No better broker then Hazen

Carriers beware! Poor ethics, unprofessional Rate Confirmation made no mention of the merchandise being unpalletized boxes but we didn't want to leave the load hanging so we picked it up. When a suspension issue was identified with the trailer we, at our own expense, had our in-house warehouse personnel transfer the numerous, but light, boxes to another trailer to ensure the load would be delivered safely and on time. Despite the signed proof of delivery with no mention of damage or loss of any kind, Hazen made a general claim of damage but has been unable to provide any details such as pictures, description of damages, or even a number of boxes damaged with their value to proceed with the claim process. Then they alleged we were in breach of contract and told us they would not pay us anything at all for the cross-country load. The agent then created a website report containing false claims without giving us any chance to resolve the dispute as professionals. He accused us of bullying and harassment for conducting normal business practices such as providing an invoice for our services and following up loss claims by requesting details. Unreasonable, uncooperative, and unprofessional are words that come to mind when describing our interactions thus far.

Spoke with Jared Jones at ext 228 I agree on his terms for the load out of Columbus, GA to Bowling Green, KY pick up by 2 pm delivery tomorrow at 7 am . told him that I'm 29 miles out mty and ready at 12:30 EST and he told me that his colleague had a truck closer then me. So can't send me the load after he agree to book the load with me.

I called for posted load and they asked for mc number. i gave them mc number and they told me we didn't have time to set you up. Don't deal with weak brokers....
