I was very happy with my experience with HD movers. I emailed to book and they responded in under 24 hours. The movers were quick and friendly and it was very reasonably priced. All of my items were taken care of very well. I would use them again

Excellent movers!! Would definitely use them again. I loved their flat rate pricing and how they stuck to the 3-hrs they originally quoted me over the phone. Could not beat how fast they were but also how they took great care of our furniture. We moved a fully furnished 4-bedroom single family home (basement included) in less than 3-hours. Anyone looking for quality movers should definitely call HD Moving Services

They unloaded my 16 ft truck in 35 min! AND that included 3 flights of steps. AND I had a giant non-traditional piece of furniture that would not fit in the doorway, so I asked them to walk it to the dumpster... back down the stairs. It was like watching magicians! I don't even know how they did some of the maneuvers around corners and through narrow halls. No scratched walls or anything. *Information for other movers* I chose this company for the flat price. My move experience was unload only. My furniture was traditional and labor intensive. The team was 3 men with 1 being fluent in English (this was completely fine, all I had to do was point to where I wanted everything). Thanks for being awesome HD movers.

Update: After confronting business with my concerns on how storage was packed, even though I said I would not use them again, I decided if there are issues, they wouldn't help if I went with another company. So in asking them to unpack and move us into new home to ensure nothing was damaged, we were told they do not have any availability until 2/2019. I had my wife call to see if they were lying and they said they had no problem to accommodate her request and move. I called immediately to voice my concern and there excuse was that they did not have any trucks big enough for my move and for my wife, they anticipated it to be a small job which is why they said the entire month of November was free. I find this excuse very hard to believe. This is a company with so many reviews on big and small moves throughout the year. They had no problems meeting my needs the first go around, took my money and generous tip, as I worked alongside them to get the job done. They even offered to bring an extra 16ft truck, etc. Now that there is a sign of potential issues with my furniture, they are not even trying to accommodate my move. I will go with another company in hopes that my furniture is not damaged, but this is really dishonest business. I wasn't even blaming them for damage, just that there is potential due to how storage was packed. WILL NOT RECOMMEND! Not to happy with my experience. These guys worked hard and were nice but they did a crappy job packaging the storage unit and things were shoved into places that just didn't make sense. So much so that I had to get an additional storage unit. We already found some of the furniture to be damaged/scratch/dented. Even my tool box was severely damaged in the corner and when asked, they said it was already like that. We are afraid what else we will find once we move out of storage. I had to go back to the units this past weekend and just realized that some of the boxes were also crushed because they put heavy boxes on light ones and so forth. In addition I asked for everything to be wrapped that I didn't already do. They didn't do the bed-frame as requested and a few other things. I would not use them again. Not sure what others are experiencing to warrant the 5 star review, but we will not recommend them to any of our friends.

Jose and his team are fantastic! We have used them for two local moves and most recently for a long distance move out of state. They are always on time, professional, and get the job done well and in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
