Very pleased with our booking with Heathrow Shuttle. They were there on time to pick us up. The driver was friendly and helpful with our luggage. He took us to Stonehenge and a relaxing visit before we headed to our Hotel in Southampton. All was easy and seamless. Great experience!

Great service! Our flight was 2 hours late and our baggage took ages to arrive at Heathrow, however, our driver was patient and waiting. When we did get to arrivals the driver was easy to spot, then made it easy for our tired and confused family by guiding us to our waiting transport with zero fuss and loaded our many bags into the back. After a short drive we were home and the driver helped us again to retrieve our bags and take them to our door. When you're shattered after a flight, not having to think and just have someone to take you home with zero fuss is axactly what you need. When you consider the price of a taxi and also a baggage shipping service, combining the two in a larger vehicle is actually cheaper and less hassle. This made our day much simpler and stress free, I've even recommended this company to friends who are doing similar trips.

We had a long delay disembarking from our cruise ship. Heathrow Shuttle was easy to reach and contacted our driver to let him know we were delayed. Our driver reached out to us as well and assured us he would wait. He patiently waited an hour after our scheduled ride from Southhampton to central London. He was friendly and gave us an update when we were an hour from the hotel. The car was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us and all of our luggage. There were bottled waters provided as well. Great service overall.

Ewa met us at the Heathrow airport before taking us to South Hampton prior to our cruise. She contacted me by text upon arrival. Once we landed, we had to clear customs and pickup luggage. She was waiting for us right where she said she would be. She was very professional, informative and a joy to ride with. We rate both Ewa and Heathrow Shuttle with 5+ starts.
