Where do I start... how about when the movers showed up 3 hours late? How about it when it was technically 4 hours because I called and talked to Mike, the owner, to request an 8 a.m. start but that message was never passed along to the movers. Or how about when the truck was too small so we had to make two trips? Or I know, how about when after the first trip, half the movers didn’t come back, and so it took 3 guys to move the rest? And then oh oh, what about the time when our BUYER had possession of the house at this point and insisted we leave at 5:30 (remember when I wanted to start at 8 a.m.?) so we had to figure out a way to come back the next day and pick up more of our belongings? And then THAT day they were 45 minutes late. All the while it was difficult to get ahold of Mike the owner or Ryan the estimator who, quite frankly, sold us some major BS on how this experience was going to go. Oh, and because everything was so rushed and messy and just all around terrible, I just realized we left another piece of furniture at our old house. I can absolutely say I would never recommend this moving company to anyone.

I cannot begin to express my heartache after opening all the packed boxes and realizing which items never made it to my new home. I am absolutely sick with grief!! I certainly understand why they are out of business. The pain from lost treasures outweigh my unhappiness with the movers themselves. Just too much!! Just too much!! I tried not to give this company even 1 Star, but could not post without.
