Heavenly Hands has heart!! When my mom who is a regular rider with them took ill and had to have major surgery, Mr. Steve called all the time to check my mom's status and to give kind words and prayers eventhough at this time my mom wasn't a rider. They look beyond the profit and they truly care for the person. My mom could not wait to start riding with them again!! She loves the Heavenly Hands Team.

I really appreciate you all so much. I called on the day of my sister's appointment because I couldn't use our normal vehicle at the time. I told them my situation and she was willing to fit us in with their busy schedule. We hung up and she called me right back. They were able to move some things around to make sure they get us where we needed to go on time and were there before we were completely done. The driver was very accommodating and he provided A+ service to my sister who is wheelchair bound. I can see that they're working relentlessly to keep their customers happy. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. Heavenly Hands is highly recommended in my book.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Firstly, my appointment was for 10am I was picked up 15-20 minutes before and coming from downtown I was late and almost had my appointment cancelled by doctors due to the tardiness. Once I finished my appointment at 11, I called to make them aware and the woman said it would be about 30 minutes until the driver arrived. There is a 2 hour window from the time of the first call that a patient can be picked up from appointments, I waited 3 hours for someone to come. I was apologized to for the wait but no one knew where the first guy was who supposed to come get me and then had to send out a second driver because the first one was no where to be found. Apparently it was a mixup, but I will not be riding with this company again.

Lorena & Steve was awesome to work with they brought my sister from her nursing home to her husband funeral on a Saturday. Steve got there early to bring her and was there before I called to pick her up.I will be using them again and spreading the word about our great experience

I was searching for a transport to bring my daug. to a Dr.appt...she had a fall.I called many that do not transport non - emergency. any more This was a Saturday.When suddenly HEAVENLY HANDS pooped up on my cell.
