Nick and Jim were the guys who helped me moved and it was simply the best moving experience I have ever had. I worked for a company who relocated me about once every year so I have moved a few times. I have tried it myself moving from a 3rd story apartment and after trying out helping u move I will never do it myself again! These guys were friendly, efficient, and made every piece of our furniture fit nicely where it was much easier to unload. I drove a 20' foot U-Haul truck and nothing moved an inch in the drive, I couldn't say the same when I did it myself. Worth every penny, these guys are great!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Helping U Move. I booked them through Uhaul; it is essentially impossible to get ahold of anyone at this company. I FINALLY got ahold of the “owner / manager” who confirmed the date & time of my move approximately 5 weeks ago. When the time came to move, no one showed up. I called him several him and left several messages; no response. I went through the Uhaul booking service who got ahold of him and he claimed “you were not on the schedule; and he doesn’t use the Uhaul moving service platform” which was a blatant lie as I had previously confirmed the move with him and had all confirmation numbers and emails. And I had so conveniently already been charged! I had to end up packing and moving my furniture myself with the help of my friends and my poor 70 year old dad. This moving company & the entire moving process is INEXCUSABLE & UNACCEPTABLE. Someone needs to be help accountable; aside from a refund (I’d sure hope so!), I’ve been informed that “there is nothing more you can do.” It is absolutely ridiculous to treat customers like this.

These guys were exceptional at packing a U-Haul and saving space. I watched as they handled everything carefully. They communicated often with me and I super enjoyed the questions. Will hire again as other services were worthless that I’ve had in the past.

We were assigned this company through SML, Simple Moving Labor. It was a last minute hire due to 2 family members passing away quickly and my entire family left for the funerals and left me to handle the move to our new house. The guys were very nice, but when moving my elliptical they put holes in our ceiling. Knowing my situation the men told me that they could fix it for me. I contacted SML and let them know about the damage, and that Helping U Move agreed to do the repair. When they finally showed up to complete the repair it was horrible. Then the company quit returning phone calls. We are having to move forward with disputing the credit card charge and hopefully removing them from SML's approved vendors. Great movers, but don't trust them to fix what they damage.

They were great and very punctual. I hired them to help me load my uhaul and they showed up a bit early and helped me load my entire apartment up in about one hour. I was very pleased with them and would hire them again.
