As an driver for this company I couldn't be happier. I get great miles, pay, benefits, and have an excellent crew at the home terminal backing me up. They value and listen to their employees and address you by name and not an employee ID or truck number.

It's actually a good company in that everyone is very nice. I left because 40 cents a mile is not good. They have bonuses you can get monthly and that's all good outside of the bonuses should have come with miles so one could feel good enough about the bonus. You have to fit a big truck and trailer into stores where there is no choice about jumping curbs. Trucks are made to stay on the ground. Only some deliveries were normal via back door and ability to get near the door. I'm not a store or mall person and all loads are forced dispatch. Teams make out well...solos not so much. I left because I couldn't make ends meet and Kirkland loads I dreaded. If you screw the truck up getting over all those curbs...well...that's on you. But 1.5 days off every week you run. Dont find that everywhere.

Private parking for company drivers, drop yard/terminal, restrooms and tv lounge for company personnel. Very quiet place to sleep at night, always nice weather here.
