I have been a truck drive for over 6 years and I had my share of disappointment with many trucking companies that never kept their promises till I stumbled into Hermes that I was referred to by a friend of mine. Where can I start? The sweet recruiting lady Susan is so helpful and she is always there to help no matter what. Azniv the office manager is always there to solve any issues you might face and never leave you stranded.a very cheerful lady. Dan from the training department is very insightful and knowledgeable and if you have a break down he is always there to help. Guys in the maintenance hands down the best and the dispatchers are very polite and not pushy. And on the top of all this you are awarded every month a sum of money for driving safely and having a great MPG. ON your reset day they get you a hotel .honestly it can't get better than that. I seriously recommend this hermes to any truck driver. You will be treated with respect and you will get your worth. Before I forget the miles are there to drive and u never run north east.

I've been working at Hermes NVC for nearly 2 years now, and I can say it's been the best experience of my career. One of the standout qualities of Hermes NVC is their commitment to their employees' well-being, safety and success. The staff is amazing and are consistently going above and beyond to resolve any issues that arise. Every company faces challenges, unfortunately, negative reviews can overshadow the positive experiences. It's important to remember that there are always two sides to every story. I highly recommend Hermes NVC for anyone with integrity and who want to make a difference.

Looks like this company is deleting my review. There is not free of speech for what I see. This is just my review about a company. I think I can't recommend this company to nobody. Because they treat drivers like a number, they might try to keep some of your money when something comes up. Their impression is good at first, but be careful, they are not really good person to treat, all they care is about money. Alot of runs to Washington State, and probably in winter time you might need to put chains 2 or 3 timed during a shift. Some of their Dispatchers are rude.

I thought I was done with trucking until I tried going local and realized now isn’t the time lol. I came to Hermes in August of 2023 and I plan on retiring from here! You aren’t a truck number you really are more than that! I’ve been with my share of companies and this one by far is the BEST! The recogonize you for all of your accomplishments no matter how small! I’ve been here 5 months and have received bonuses as well as driver of the month already 🤷🏾‍♂️. What more is there too say?

Drivers think the fuel islands are their 30 minute rest breaks. This is bad for the drivers behind them. Pilot town pump Butte Montana August 13th 1:30 pm. HERMES TRUCK 894 Please EDUCATE YOUR DRIVERS THAT THE FUEL ISLAND IS FOR "FUEL" NOT REST BREAKS. THERE IS ABOUT 50 OPEN SPOTS OF PARKING HERE TODAY.
