I recently was referred to these guys by my health insurance agent and had Tommy Odom file my 2020 and 2021 1095A for me. Very nice guy. Very pleasant to work with and just an overall comfortable, inviting office in general. They are educated, honest and integrated into their work but most of all Tommy actually seemed to care about his job and his responsibility to do what is right and help their clients out as much as possible. Chelsie and Trey (the clerical staff/receptionists) were always kind and responsive as well as driven in the sense that they stayed on top of things as much as you could ask for. I'd recommend Hess to anyone looking for a straightforward, honest, professional tax/financial services/accountant agency! I'll be using them again for taxes and possible financial planning/investing as well in the future.
