I was looking to ship my car from Atlanta to Los Angeles. When choosing a dispatcher, I made sure to get a lot of quotes. I spoke with Scott from USA CarShip, he stayed in touch constantly with me and offered me the lowest price. When I was ready to finally move forward. Scott found me a truck within a week. They picked the car up on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. I was surprised by the speediness of it. The car was delivered with no issues.

They lie. Was trying to ship a vehicle about 400 miles. When I booked, I explained I had a very tight schedule. A man named John ensured me everything would go smoothly, he had a driver who wanted the job, and they would pick it up at noon on a scheduled day about a week from when I initially called. I had multiple phone calls with him over the course of that wrek to confirm as we needed the vehicle at a very specific time. He told me he had a driver multiple times. About a day before the delivery, I asked for the name of the driver and phone number so I can confirm. He asked me for 5 minutes to find the info but never returned me text. Day or delivery, I texted again. He told me he had the driver info but would send it over later as he “was busy helping other customers”. At 11:15, I finally call him and he admitted he didn’t have a driver but he was “working on it”. Needless to say I cancelled and called another company who had a great driver within hours of my initial call.

Now that my car is finally delivered I'm going to let everyone know, to never ever use this company!!!!! http://usautotransport.us/ They are liars. Everything sounds reputable up front, their website show they have been in business 10+ years, they are insured, licensed and bonded and the website had good reviews (probably all fake and created) I talked with Ronnie the manager who gave me a quote of $1,200 ($300 down and $900 on delivery) to ship my car from Montana to Georgia with a pickup of Dec 30. I let him know we were pulling out Jan 1 and the car had to be picked up no later than that morning. He assured me that even though it was a holiday weekend it was no problem. (I asked several times) Well, they never came and got my car and Ronnie would not answer his phone, or his emails, and the 800 number in my email receipt for the 300 deposit would ring 20 times and hang up. So we had to leave the keys with a friend. Finally on Jan 2 we got in touch with someone at their 800 number who said he was just a dispatcher and that a driver would be calling me shortly. No driver ever called so I tried Ronnie again on Wednesday. Still no answer and his voice mailbox was always full. Finally got a hold of a dispatcher again on THURSDAY who said they would pick the car up Friday (a week late) but now instead of only 900 on delivery they wanted $1,800 on delivery!! I told them my quote and they said it didn't matter what he quoted, the drivers set the price. We have no choice but to agree or we never would have gotten my car! And the Russian guy who finally dropped it off could barely speak English and insisted I pay him through Zelle. So not only did I get my car a week later than promised, they tacked on an additional $900 . They are liars and not reputable. Do not use them no matter what!

Had an appointment to be picked up on Friday 21 June. Confirmed and reconfirmed 2x and they still didn’t meet their obligation and left me hanging. Do NOT do business with them

Could there be a rating less than the worst? If so this is what would be most appropriate for USAuto Transport. Avoid at all costs.
