The owner does not care about his company anymore, he takes 2 month vacation on summer and 1 month on December. in the meantime Maria and her husband JJ are running this company to the ground. They have favoritism on the drivers 6 to 7 drivers get the best jobs and get fulltime work. This drivers are handpicked by her and her husband. Even though JJ is supposed to manage all the mechanics and buses he is often driving the best jobs where you get TIPS. Every other driver is starving or waiting for a phone call to get any work. The buses are dirty and all the windows are not properly clean this is JJ department but he is driving so he does not care. We approach Fahri the owner but he does not care and never did anything about it. Maria keeps hiring new drivers because most drivers leave after they see the way management is. Also Highline was involved in the illegal transportation of aliens in this country. They may seem like a nice company but they are not.

Highline Charter is a great option for your event shuttle needs. Not only are their charters clean and prompt, but the customer service is outstanding. I recently had an issue where a family member's phone was left on a bus and Mya at Highline was so kind and compassionate in helping me retrieve the phone. She went above and beyond to keep me informed on it's location and how to get it back to me. I can't thank her enough!

I did not use Highline, however they are the best people to do business with. One of their buses accidentally damaged the front end of my jeep, through no fault of the driver, things just happen. The owner took amazing care of my family and I. He brought us in, drove us in his personal vehicle to get a rental, covered all costs of the rental and repairs to our jeep! Thank you so much and if I EVER need charter service, this is where I will be doing business!!

Highline was referred to me by a friend that has used them a few times, always raved about how nice the vehicles were and how reasonable the prices are. I never need transportation for a large group, until a few weeks ago when my boss asked me to find chartered transportation for 25. So I contact Fahri, I told him that I was referred him by a frequent client. And he hooked it up! The mini bus was incredible! My boss was so impressed he plans on using Highline as much as possible. Thanks Highline!

I normally shy away from online reviews. But, credit is due to Highline Charter. They are hands down the best charter line in San Diego. Pristine vehicles, professional staff and unmatched customer service. They treat you like a 5 star guest.
