After trying to communicate with a few other car hauling companies without luck I was referred to Angel @ High End Transport. He immediately took my call and shared a few details (to-from, vehicle, etc) and as promised I received a email & text quote and then confirmed everything by phone. The updates were beyond what I expected (picked up, in route, estimated arrival, etc.). My Range Rover was delivered ahead of the estimated time and was without any damages. The odometer reading at pickup & delivery were identical. I would highly recommend Angel @ High End Transport without hesitation!

I was in a jam and needed my vehicle shipped from Florida to NJ ASAP on Thursday 5/5/22. That afternoon, I contacted High End Transport and spoke with Angel who took my call immediately, provided me with an expeditious solution, and alleviated my stress!!! I received emails/texts promptly with quote/shipping info/contract, and follow up phone call to discuss any questions or concerns. Less then TWO HOURS later my car was in the hands of Tiffany at High End Transport who assured me once again that it would be shipped quickly and with the utmost care. Tiffany constantly kept me updated with pick-up, route info and estimated arrival time. I flew home to NJ on Friday and Tiffany kept in contact with updates regarding the transportation and delivery. My Mercedes was delivered late Saturday afternoon 5/7/22 in perfect condition and I couldn't have been more happy!!!!!!!! I can not give high enough praise to High End Transport for their excellent customer service and professionalism!!!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars for service I would!!!! I would Recommend High End Transportation without any hesitation! If you don't use them for your auto transport needs, do so at your own risk. When I need to ship again in the fall back to Florida there is only one call I need to make and that is to High End Transport!!!!!! A++++++ service!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

We have shipped two vehicles with High End Transport, the first one in 2020 and the most recent one just a few weeks ago. I have to say both experiences were phenomenal. The process was very smooth and Angel and team worked with us with our volatile schedule moving across country without missing a beat. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for helping us move our vehicle while on a very tight schedule. This company was recommended to us through a friend who recently used them during the Pandemic shutdown and she was not wrong in her recommendations. We had a very tight schedule and Tiffany from High end Transport worked with us to give us the best possible plan that worked within our schedule. She gave us the idea to have the car picked up at a dealer if we were not going to be available physically for them to pick the car up. She then communicated with the dealer to have the car picked up in a very timely manner. She kept us up to date through out the process. The car arrived at its destination on time and the driver was also awesome and very professional. We will definitely be using them to ship our next car in the next 6 months. Very highly recommended!

First time buying a car out of state and had no idea who to call and found High End. Alyson was amazing to work with! Great communication and she kept me up to speed on the status of pick up through phone calls, email, and text. Car came 4 days ahead of schedule because of the effort of the driver! Very professional by calling me 24 hours in advance to let me know where he was and texted upon arrival with the car. Would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to move a high value vehicle across the country.
