Let me start off by saying that Desi (The dusty clerk who assisted me at the office) was unprofessional, they towed my car at 10:33PM I arrived the next day at 9:30 and she insisted I had to be charged for two days when 24 hours had not passed; an additional $100. She seemed irritated and when asked simple questions and tried to make smart alec remarks to dismiss me when I asked to get a breakdown of the charges and advised me to come back tomorrow and pay an additional $50 if I didn’t have the money; and complete ignored my request to give me details on the charges when I asked for time stamps showing when the tow truck was dispatched and arrived to validate the charge, she insisted I pay first I was able to escalate this and have the extra day that was being charged corrected I was there from 9:37 and left at 11:27 These people took advantage of my time and money I wouldn’t trust them with your business There are other honest towing companies, save your time and coin

Lady on the phone was extremely rude, interrupted me multiple times and was not helpful whatsoever. Completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time here

So the old woman that everybody is complaining about she is the owner and the crazy part is that this company work for the city of Moreno Valley and Riverside County, they need to see the reviews and cancel the contract with this company

No complaints from me, my car ran out of gas and they helped me get back on the road. I saw a lot of bad reviews but still decided to call them. There are a lot of angry people on this planet.
