10 yrs anniversary this week as an OTR driver @ Hillbros! Yes there are some bumps and some things that don't go like you planned but overall I've been here 10 yrs. for a reason. Great equipment and seniority pay, bonuses, etc. All good! I hope to stay and retire from Hillbros in a few more yrs.

I've retired now but hill was the second best employer I've driving for. 1st out of business, was their little over 2 years my wife was with me. They treated me and my wife like family.got home when we needed kept us going.mant people were great disp were great, owners would talk to u. And I had a Volvo top notch ride. I'd still be working for them but spouse was getting sick and only reason I left needed to find a better medical plan to cover her. I recommend this company to work for. They will terate u like family.remember u treated people good and they treat u good. 5 star company

Absolute train wreck of no communication, ,I quit after 31 days ...disorganization at its finest and management that doesent give a dam....they never even responded when I quit . Management gives great show selling the company during orientation and then you are on your own . Run like hell !

We booked a load with David and experienced significant delays upon delivery, resulting in our truck being held. We promptly requested detention for the wait time and were initially informed in writing that it would take 3-5 business days to process. This timeframe was later extended to 5-7 business days without any further explanation. After waiting a total of 11 calendar days without any resolution, we contacted Jesse Boyer for an update. Instead of assisting us, Jesse was condescending and unprofessional. He claimed that he personally waived our detention request due to what he perceived as our "unprofessionalism." This is ironic given the lack of courtesy and transparency we had already experienced. Overall, the customer service and handling of our situation were severely lacking. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this broker based on our experience.
