Do not recommend. The owner is unethical and not customer service orientated. She refused to provide open communication about the repair timeline of my 220 year old leather rocker that had a break due to the move. The chair leg removed from the base and required basic woodworking repair with dowels and wood glue. A photo was sent from the employees and she than proceeded to tell me my only option was to send the family heirloom with her team and she refused to commit to calling me back the next day about the repair timeline. Because quote staff told me that there was always furniture put out in front of their shop from moves, it lead me to believe she had no intent of ever returning my heirloom chair after her rudeness. If you respect and have nice belongings to move, this is not your moving company. She also skims tips. Would give 0 stars.

The Army contracted this company for our PCS and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Not only were they unprofessional at my own they also broke a lot of our furniture. We are missing a few big household items as well. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very happy with the movers who came to our house. Friendly and efficient. Everything went smoothly and they even brought in extra people to help insure the job was finished on time. But beware, they pack everything! Dirty laundry, trash in trash cans, etc. if you don’t want it packed, tell them and put it aside, maybe in a room they finished. Other than that, a great job. Edit after receiving goods from storage and unpacking. Paper, paper, paper everywhere. We have spent more time dealing with the wrapping paper than unpacking. Everything is wrapped, even things that would never break, like plasticware. Up side is that nothing is broken. Down side is that we have massive amounts of paper to deal with. Our other issue is that things are not packed together. Cutlery tray in one box, it we still haven’t found the cutlery after unpacking 30 boxes. Printer in one box but no printer cord to be found. No apparent rhyme or reason to their packing method. Very frustrating. Lastly, the labeling on the boxes could be improved. Example: box said mugs. 3 mugs and a bunch of other kitchen stuff. All that being said, I marked them down 1 star from by previous review. Still highly recommend, but pay attention to what they are doing so that you know what is going in the boxes, or better yet, tell them before hand to pack things that go together, together.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We had Marc and Connor over yesterday to help us move in to our new home in the Silverdale area and my goodness they were worth every penny, and more. They were right on time and willing to help with anything we needed. We were able to unload an entire two car garage and a 26' moving truck in a matter of a couple of hours. They were, quick, efficient, and most of all they were so careful to not damage anything with every move they made. They were a phenomenal team and a great couple of guys to have working. The owner of this company should be so proud to have these two amazing individuals in their team.
