Worst trucking company I have ever worked for in 13 years... I went through four trucks in 4 weeks. Broke down on the side of the road, all check engine lights on. The Conestoga trailers right out of the shop still were trash. The equipment truck and trailers all need to be replaced.

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about hill transportation but the good out weigh the bad. They offer top of the line pay, local and regional, out Monday through Friday home by 3-4pm on Friday. There isn’t any lack of loads at this company they can keep you running. The equipment is maintained properly the dispatchers are great and the biggest pro is you make more running tri state with hill then you would running 48 states with another carrier. All around good company

I love this company. The set weekly rate pay is great. Their health insurance is affordable and good health insurance as well. They have an amazing maintenance team, no sitting for days at the dealership not making any money. Two weeks vacation and 5 personal days available the first year. The perks are amazing. You work hard, but you're well compensated. Everyone is friendly and professional. Con: Communication could be improved. But, I also need to improve my communication as well.

All drivers beware Billy Hill is only worried about his bottom dollar. He will manipulate and screw you out of your money. Do not work for this guy.

The bosses son Justin will ruin this business! Communication lacks, truck upkeep could improve. When hired you're promised great things that the company does not follow through with. Also likes to slip in damaged loads to customers. Leaves drivers sitting on side of road on a Friday while mechanics make them wait so they can go eat supper and think they can change DOT rules.
