Friendly, efficient, communicative, and very hard working. We did book a few months before our move. We didn’t remember being told we could leave all drawers full, so we emptied all to boxes only to learn we could have kept filled. Otherwise, things went nicely. Workers from Hillier and Allied were great. Richard with Allied as communicator was wonderful.

Jeff and his team (Jeffrey, Jarad, and Frank) were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly, polite, and very helpful during our move. The team handled our items with care and went above and beyond disassembling and reassembling (even better than when it was original done). Definitely recommend this company for all moving needs. Thank you

Our family scheduled a home walk through to get an estimate for packing and moving services. Their salesman showed up at our house unmasked. When we asked if he was vaccinated, he said no. He then refused to put on a mask when we requested it, saying repeatedly that “He'd rather not.” He also did not bring shoe covers, nor did he offer to remove his shoes. Instead of simply putting on a mask, as is required by Illinois mandates for unvaccinated people in public, he instead suggested we schedule someone else with their company to do a walkthrough, meaning we rearranged our schedule today to accommodate this walk-through for no reason. Super unprofessional and very interesting that Allied and Hillier would support this blatant disregard for the laws of Illinois (which still require masking for the unvaccinated) and the health of their potential clients.
