I have used their facility for three years now and they have been the best company I’ve ever had for storage. Other places I have used have pest problems but never had a problem with Hippo. Price is ok. Seems pretty safe. And I think they have a person on site 24 a day.

I called Hippo very last minute needing help moving some heavy pieces of furniture. They were so prompt to respond, came out that day, and were absolutely so good at making sure they did not damage our floors and the furniture. It was a wonderful experience!

The sales person I talk to, for my move, was very confusing. He would not listen to what I needed, but was selling me something he wanted me too buy and did not give me alternatives. I wanted to pack the cube myself, but he wouldn’t give me a price. He just wanted to sell me other things that I didn’t need like help to pack. I would be nice, but I wanted to pack at myself. I wanted to pack it slowly and meticulously for a few days not all at once.

What a pleasure it has been to use this business. The site is very well maintained and secure. I never once felt nervous about leaving my camper there. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help or answer any questions I had. My only regret is that I no longer need to use their services. I enjoyed going into the office to pay my bill and chit chat about everything. I will still stop in occasionally just to say Hi!
