DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They destroyed the majority of my belongings, refuse to answer phone calls or emails, did not provide final paperwork, and currently am unable to even file an insurance claim. I paid for professional packing, loading, and unloading. Here's some of the packing I received. I have video evidence of opening every box as this packaging I paid for. The price changed significantly when they got there. They quoted 4 hrs to pack and load, it took 2 days at 17 hours in total. They delivered my stuff in 2 shipments, one of which came 9 days later than quoted. I paid for a single shipment of all my belongings. I'm currently left to seek legal advice against HM & the Broker Keystone as they are continuously coordinating to make sure my insurance claim does not get submitted or go through in time.

This company is a scam. I was supposed to have my stuff moved from Colorado to Philadelphia. They took possession of my articles and then put them in a storage unit for three months. All the time saying the had problems with the drivers and they would make sure that my stuff was delivered and I would be reimbursed $25 for every day they were late. Finally after three months they said I had the choice of picking up my stuff from their storage facility or they would have to charge me a additional $3000 to deliver. They are scam artists and never planned on moving my stuff. All they do is take your stuff, put it in a storage container then after months try to extort you for money. David Zoda is his name and don’t use him. He is not trustworthy

BEWARE!!This company and Mr. Zoda are very shady and completely unresponsive. Your stuff will be stolen, broken, or held hostage. They had our stuff for over a month and refused to return calls or tell us where our stuff was located. The ONLY way to get a remedy is to file a police and BBB report, contact the news stations and get an attorney. We used New Leaf Relocation who sub contracted out to this horrible company, we would never have used Mr. Zoda or H&M. Do research! This company has been shady under multiple names. Pay attention to the last name Zoda (many different first names) H&M is not the only business name he changes names after enough complaints. I can’t say enough negative about this company. DANGER! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will need to involve the police and legal to get your stuff back. They will steal, hold your stuff hostage, use extortion practices. And will NEVER do the right thing unless forced by the law.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! My daughters family left Denver on July 2, 2020, the same day that their belongings were picked up, and moved to Cincinnati. As of today, July 16, they have still not received their stuff. They are living in a house with three little girls and no furniture, clothes, toys, dishes, or anything. These people are unscrupulous at best and thieves at worst. As far as we know their things are still in storage in Denver. We have no idea when the truck will arrive in Cincinnati. We have been lied to multiple times by these people. Our next step will be to contact the Attorney Generals Office of Colorado.

This company is a SCAM! They will steal and destroy your items, then store them in a secrete location getting prepped for auction. Zota the owner is a real Piece of s#¡t who deserves everyrhing coming to him.
