The movers did an excellent job and were honestly the fastest movers I have ever used. They didn’t waste any time and made sure everything was done in an adequate time frame. They had great attitudes and were very careful with my furniture. The owner was also excellent with fast communication and making sure I was happy and taken care of. Altogether I was satisfied with this move, and I have moved many times and have had my fair share of moving issues. Thanks for making this a good one!

The team that completed my move were very professional. It took the full two hours including the drive time to my new home. I would highly recommend this group to anyone in need of movers. I purchased a Groupon and didn't have any issues using the voucher or setting an appointment. They do text you instead of call, which is something that I preferred. It's not for everyone, so be aware that you'll need to text in order to communicate.

Okay, so I will admit I was very skeptical. This company has a 3 star rating on Google at the time of this review. The movers (Bruno and Bruno) were very nice and professional. They were super kind and worked quickly (while being sure to be careful with everything). I found the service to be extremely fair and honest. I recommend you keep track of the time. After the initial two hours they charge 60 dollars/30 minutes (120/hr). I really don't understand why there are so many reviews with lower scores. I was very impressed with the service I got in the end.

I used Hoffman Movers services twice this summer (2016). On both accounts the service was great. The men were friendly, efficient, and kept the lines of communication open. I was informed on details of what to expect during the process at all times. I did not incur any unforeseen charges nor did I have to interact with griping whining movers. Had that been the case, I wouldn't have bothered to call them a second time. For one scheduled move my closing date was pushed back and I had to reschedule my date, that process was simple and quick. The Supervisor, Steve is friendly and his guys were a reflection of that. I'd definitely use them in the future, they earned this 5 star review.

I wasted the majority of my scheduled moving day waiting around for the movers to actually show up. I called several times to get an estimated time of arrival, and no one answered the phone. When I finally heard from them, they said the movers would arrive within an hour. Over an hour later, no movers were there and I receive another phone call saying it is going to be another hour. This happened 2 more times. When the movers finally arrived, they assessed all of my furniture and wrapped everything individually, which was great and all. They also looked at my heavy dresser sitting on tall legs and told me that I did not have to remove any items from the drawers or remove the drawers. Well, I wish I had, because the movers tipped my dresser on its side and broke off two of the legs. Mind you, the dresser wasn't the most expensive, best made piece of furniture, but movers should know how to handle such items, especially when they are on legs. So it has been a month since my move and I have called the company several times about my dresser legs and how they are going to compensate me for my damaged item since they no longer make my dresser and it looks terrible sitting flat on the ground because it wasn't made to do so. I have yet to hear back from the company about how we are going to move forward with the process. Terrible custom service, I will never use this company again.
