The worst company I dealt with moving all of my stuff in the military. My wife received the shipment and they were supposed to help unload and they did none of that. Not to mention they broke some of my items that I will be filing a claim for. If I could have given them a zero I would have. Stay away from this company.

I was assigned Holiday Moving Company by Fort Bliss transportation, and after reading reviews I was worried. Despite their previous reviews, their team Ricky and Pedro were extremely professional, courteous, and took care of packing and loading our home in two days. Holiday had a quality assurance representative come out and verify procedures were being performed correctly. I have had the Military move me three previous times and this has been the best experience for moving. Hopefully this review will put others at ease when being assigned this moving company with mixed reviews. Thank you for the great job!

If I could select no stars then that would definitely be my rating; unfortunately, one star is the lowest it goes. Working with these movers has been a bad experience from the day of getting our things packed up and shipped off to the day we received everything. The truck and movers were running super late the day that they were supposed to take our stuff. Ironically we were told to stand by our home for them between the hours of 8 am - 6pm. Sure enough the household goods place called to ask if the movers where there already in which they weren’t and said they would arrive in 30 minutes (remember this started at 8 in the morning), in which they didn’t arrive until 2pm when they were supposedly only 30 minutes out. Understandably traffic and life is a thing so things happen but it seems like they were up to no good because upon their arrival they smelled of alcohol, especially the guy who seems that he’s the one in charge. During the process of moving our things they were very careless and marking things as scratched or damaged when they were brand new or not even damaged, to me it seems as though it was their safe space to mess things up. While loading things into their truck they dropped our dresser and who knows what else. Upon our shipment arrival we saw all the damage that was done, there wasn’t one thing that didn’t have a scratch or chip in it. Nonetheless it seems fair to say that they were careless from start. My best advice to everyone is don’t choose this company let them run out of business.

I've had my furniture stored there for roughly 2 years and finally picked it up today. Everything is still in good condition and surprisingly doesn't even have an odor. The only thing that I would like to have changed is the blanket or cloth that they wrap around your items. They are pretty gross and dingy. But other than that the two gentleman at the warehouse itself where very helpful when it came to loading up my truck .

I have no review to offer. I cannot judge the company today. I have worked for Holiday Moving & Storage for 21 years (1990-2011) I was also fired in 2011 a month after my husbands death. It was under new management at that time. I can only say is that this company was the one with the military contract and there were no or very few complaints at that time. I do not know what happened with the new owner now and hope that somehow it will improve its current situations. All I can say is sorry that the company had bad reviews.
