WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Do not use this company. They showed up late (after we had already closed on our house) increased our quote, didn't arrive with 2 trucks as promised, moved our belongings several times before it arrived to our new place. Was changed 3300 cubic feet and only 2100 cubic feet arrived. Boxes were water logged, and stuff ruined. Still have not received information on when the rest of our stuff will arrive. Thieves!!!! We have filed a police report for stolen articles, and will be suing as well.

Still currently in the process of waiting for my belongings. The driver upped the price after loading which is breaking rules of his moving license. Now demanding money order or cash before unloading here in Florida which is also a 3rd degree felony. Their actions fit the criteria word for word of a hostage move..I've contacted the office on multiple occasions just to be over talked or laughed at when trying to locate the exact location of our items. I will update if my stuff ever arrives. At this point my price went from 8000 to 13000.

I started out looking for quotes on moving cross country with some quoting tools that google provided. A broker contacted me using that information and offered me a great price. Signed a contract and gave a deposit and then waited to hear from whoever they brokered the job out to, which was Trans Union Van Lines. I’ve recently found out the broker I used is notorious for very sketchy business practices. Trans union showed up to grab our stuff on time but the price estimated by the broker was half what trans union said they’d charge. I had to throw a lot out and have them move the “essentials” for an extra 2k. They picked up our stuff on 8/22/20 in Burbank, CA and were moving it to our new home In VT. I moved in to my new place on 9/1 but our stuff didn't even leave CA until late September. I can understand things taking a long time to get across country but it went way beyond what was explained to me prior to them picking up my stuff/taking half the payment. The movers arrived last night and seemed very nice. I ended up paying them cash after finding out the morning of the day they were arriving that they only accepted cash or money order. They realized at the end that a headboard was missing from the truck. They said it was still in their warehouse and that they would bring it by tomorrow morning (today) to assemble the beds. I've been trying to contact one of the movers from yesterday all day with no answer. I wasted my whole day sitting around and waiting. I've also just realized that several other LARGE items are missing (chair, large boxes, etc). If they respond and resolve the situation i will gladly modify/update this review. After seeing all the other negative reviews on Google and Yelp, i'm not holding my breath.

They subcontracted with another moving company Florida Van Lines. Driver demanded $3074 cash upfront while they sat back and watched myself and brother unloaded which is a major safety violation against DOT regulations. Driver also arrived 2 days late. We told driver that we were contracted to pay Trans Union on a 3 payment plan and TransUnion the responsible party for paying them. Driver drove off with my furniture and personal belongings. 13 days later and still no progress of where my furniture and belongings are. In my many years of freight forwarding, this is worst ever experience from a carrier!

I called this company to move my things from Los Angeles to Georgia. I initially spoke to Mike who was professional at that time. I told him the items I was moving, my home would be ready on the the 30th and I needed the items at that time. I also told him that they could not come earlier because there would be no place to store them before the 30th. I set up the time and paid the deposit in good faith. I told him what needed to be transported and was told by Mike that I needed 300 cubic feet and I took his word for it since he is in this business and I relied on the "professional". I get a call on Friday, April 17th, the day before pick up to confirm the pick up and spoke to Alex who told me that I needed more than 300 cubic feet which increased my bill to $650 that was not in my budget. I was angry because my description was accurate so Mike being in this business should have known what I needed initially. I then called the company on Monday April 20th and informed them that I was not sure what time I would get my keys on the 30th and asked if the delivery could be done on May 1st instead. Dispatch agreed. The movers get there on April 25th, 5 days before scheduled delivery date so I had to have the items stored at another location and pay another $400 to another company to move my things into my home on May 1st that I paid Transunion Van Lines to do. When I called the company on Monday, April 27th, to complain about what happened and insist that I should be reimbursed, they would not answer my call and NEVER responded to me which was extremely unprofesssional so I was taken advantage of. I also emailed Mike who never responded to me. Upon further discovery, my television was cracked during the move and I had to keep calling them just to get the number to the insurance company for reimbursement. I hope this is a real insurance company because I was only able to make a claim online and not talk to anyone about what happened. I would not recommend this company but if you choose to use them, be very specific about your needs, gets names of everyone you talk to, follow up before you pay out any deposits, inform them about your due dates and reiterate these date with whoever you talk to. Also get the name and number of the insurance company which was not on the contract. This cost me an additional $1000 that was not expected and they never ever called me back to even discuss matter after I called them daily for weeks. Poor customer service, Poor communication and just plain thieves as far as I'm concerned.
