The delivery guys were amazing they text the night before and were on time within their delivery slot, they were very aware about not damaging anything in the house and was very careful about the process, very happy smiling customer service just want you want, I can't remember the drivers names as I lost the paper work but I've also called the company to say that their service was outstanding and this was a Costco delivery. You'll always have some bad reviews but it's the good ones that really make up for the bad ones and sometimes that's just awkward customers 🤭 Done this job myself and it's not the easiest of jobs so again thanks guys 🙌🙌🙌 100%⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five star service.

Supposed to get info on delivery time yesterday and I’m still waiting. I’ve now had to take the full day off work which I don’t n no ow if they are still coming, as no contact. Disgraceful service!!

A delivery service designed for the convenience of their drivers, certainly not “the customer”. I received a phone call the day before delivery, that they would be with me between 7-8am like it or lump it! When I ask if it could be a little later, I was told I could phone the office and they can take it off the delivery rota, suggesting absolutely no alternative. As I said “like it or lump it”, obviously they have forgotten any aspects of customer service.

I received a call on the day before delivery to confirm time slot. Arrived well within the time range. Very helpful and cheerful drivers, even on a wet day. Assembled the corner sofa and moved to requested location. They even moved other furniture to try a different location. So special thanks to drivers D. Flynne and P. Clark. Thanks guys!

Not impressed cancelled delivery after delivery time - apparently van out of service and replacement would be over weight - knew this the day before but couldn’t be bothered to tell customer - and now delivering on a Thursday when they originally told me only deliver to London on Mondays!! So clearly make things up as they go along - then refuse to put me through to manager - Amanda - Costco really needs to have a rethink who they use
