every time I get the chance when someone I know is looking for a new rental or place to live I tell them DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I had a 2bedroom apartment I was so happy to move in to never smoked in the unit and I would have company over due to my anxiety at times which was stated no one but me could be in the unit ?? I signed a 2 year lease and in that time due to below zero conditions my pipes busted and ruined the floor which I was targeted and asked over and over again if I warmed the unit up via stove which still baffles me they sent a repair man out to unit to fix the issue and he left a hole in the wall with out patching it up I was also the victim to my unit being shot up bullet barley missed my head by a inch while I was sleeping took them 2 weeks to fix my window mind you this in in the dead of winter and patch the other bullet holes in the wall the I didn’t see infestation of roaches up until the very end of my sanity with staying in the unit and they were everywhere and I’m deathly allergic to them but not like they would care anyways apartment had a lot of traffic through out people in and out but they didn’t hesitate to ask me to come to court in regards to the tenant who lived below me which I tried to do my due diligence but I can see now that these people are scammers I moved out didn’t sign a new lease and some how they made it seem like I was breaking my lease agreement which is incorrect cause I stated prior I would not be renewing I was told to bring in my keys and everything was fine I cleaned everything I took pictures when I moved in and when I moved out they charged me fees for garbage removal 50$ and we’ll over for blinds being replaced and on top of that they hit me with breaking my lease all in all they are trying to get 4k out of me from miscellaneous fees it’s sickening don’t rent from these people they don’t care about you I could have died and they would have just cleaned the blood off the walls and slapped someone back into the unit people like this shouldn’t be in business and I’m surprised as many people who have bad experiences all valid don’t come together to spark the media and city of this attention look for a private landlord or someone who just isn’t these guys save up and look for a house or studio ect before they buy up all these properties in Rockford because then we will all be screwed

Do not rent from here! We got charged $75 for two towel bars, invoice said “ missing towel bars” they are located in the unit, still in the same shape as when we moved in. Repair nail holes $150, they are picture holes & considered normal wear and tear. THEY WILL NOT REMOVE FEES ONCE THE INVOICE IS MADE! Even with video proof!!! They send to collections. If you want to dispute it- they don’t let you! While we lived there - upstairs neighbors started a fire with a cigarette, fought ALOT! Being drunk druggies! Thanks BRIAN ZOLMIERSKI AND ERICA GILMORE

Worst company. They are racist, finds excuses for not returning the deposit money, don't care about the problems in the apartments to fix it. Be aware of this company.

I went to see an apartment today and when I got there it reeked of cigarette smoke it was dirty and the carpets were full of stains. I then called Fran the office manager who I explained to about the apartment, she then got upset and raised her voice at me and proceeded to call me a liar, where then she said I'm not even going to rent to you and rudely hung up on me. I called the office back to speak to someone higher than her and they refused and rudely hung up on me as well..I paid an application fee too,, very unprofessional.. calling someone a liar is illegal, it's called defamation of character..
