This company is pretty awesome. The moving men were a great team in getting all of my belongings in their truck in a timely manner and arrived on schedule. I was impressed by the comprehension of what came out of what room in my previous home and belonged in that room of my new home. I had three armors that looked a lot a like and questioned whether this armor went in this room, and after opening a door and finding my jewelry rack, he was right on the room it was placed, that was impressive to me. It was a smooth transition and the price was reasonable. Thank you so much! Take care of your team they are worth keeping!!!

We recently used Hometown Moving for an across-town move in Bismarck. The crew showed up on-time (5 minutes before the promised time) and worked with me to form a plan on how to load the truck to make unloading more efficient at the new residence. The crew was polite, professional, and paid attention to details. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will definitely use them in the future if I have any moving needs.

The movers worked very quickly and were on time. They were very polite and made sure all the boxes and furniture were exactly where I wanted them. I knocked stars off of the rating because of the damage to my new home and the lack of moving blankets to protect the furniture. They damaged a door by forcing it to open wider than the door stop allowed when moving the dining room table in. I asked if the legs could be removed (which they can) and was told they cannot be removed. The door stop was completely jammed into the brand new door. My grandmother's antique hope chest is permanently damaged from the gouges left on the top from the bolts on the handcart used to haul it. I will not be recommending Hometown Movers to anyone.

Hometown moving did a great job moving my parents belongings. They were prompt, easy to work with. The crew who did the moving took great care in moving all the furniture.

Very polite and hard working staff. It was very cold and windy outside but they pushed through it- I was impressed! Only concern was that one of my two drivers didn't have a license to drive into the state I moved to. Say what??!! Two thoughts: how did the company not know that, and why didn't I hear from the owner? I expected the owner to contact me and explain what happened, especially considering that one of my trucks was left behind at a weigh station (presumably parked outside overnight when it was over 20 degrees below zero) and containing electronics.
