My move experience was amazing. Michelle did an excellent job of conducting the survey via video, explaining the options and promptly providing estimates. Ginger was great to work with. She kept me informed all along the way and was very flexible and prompt when our plans changed to move the goods back to where they were picked up. The online processes were very easy to use. They guys who came to pick up the belongings were very professional and worked quickly. Everyone we encountered provided excellent customer service. All in all it was a great experience with the move.

Angie Tull made coordinating our move extremely smooth. We had no problems whatsoever. Being a 23 year military veteran with many professional moves under my belt, I feel that our driver Steve was extremely careful, knowledgeable, friendly, and above most trustworthy. I would recommend Steve for any move whether it be a big DOD move or a small personal move. I felt that my household goods were in very good hands during the entire process. I would very much like to see Steve be rewarded for the outstanding performance that he bestows upon United Van Lines. A young professional like Steve is hard to find these days.

We were really stressed out because we had never moved out of Illinois before. It was a very cold day in Chicago and we still had so many loose ends to tie up. When the truck pulled up I was about to give up. Then the driver introduced himself and his crew. They were very professional yet very comforting. They understood my stress level and really worked to help me relax. The were so careful with everything. They worked hard to protect everything including the house. They were really a class act. They had the entire house loaded in just a matter of hours. When they arrived at the new house here in Goodyear, I was not nearly as stressed. It was the same great driver and he was just wonderful. He made me feel good as he complemented the new house and made us feel really happy about our choice of neighborhoods. Everything was delivered and placed exactly where we wanted it. There wasn't a single mark on anything. I really hope I never have to move again but if I do, you better believe I am calling Horizon.

After getting about 15 calls from every mover in the country Horizon Van Lines sent me a simple text message, which I appreciated with a ballpark range for what my move may cost. They werent the cheapest but weren't expensive either. They kept me updated constantly because I was a nervous wreck as I've never done this before and didnt want to get taken for. They even sent over someone to make sure our estimate was accurate. On move day I saved a couple hundred because they over estimated the box count so I tipped the crew more and got pizza and wings. Fantastic job guys!
