One of their drivers rear ended me i. a parking lot while speeding. They have since opened a fraudulent insurance claim and are doing all they can to deny speeding and rear ending me. Do not trust these people to transport anyone!

I made an appointment for my wife to be picked up at 9:30, 1/2/24 for a dental appointment. They didn't show, so I called and was told the van broke down and they didn't have a backup van. Great customer service...not!

One of their vans number 205 was in a right turn lane. I was in the line to go straight through the light. As soon as the light turned green the driver cut me off and then continued to go under the speed limit for miles. I called the number listed and it is not a company. They are also not BBB accredited. I have the vehicle information and license plate and all of this was captured on my dash cam. I will be reporting this to Tacoma police. Running a fake company trying to get people to hit them.

I was asked by driver Mike if I was vaccinated against Covid in which I replied that I was not. He replied with, didn't I care that I was killing people? He should not be asking riders these questions. I contracted Horizon and a man gave me the wrong email to make a complaint. I had to go through Para Transit and neither the company nor a rep contacted me back. I had to call, Dianne to let her know about the incident. Still the director has not contacted me back. This should be a violation!! This company needs to check their drivers out! He needs sensitivity training.

I have been using Paratransit since 2002 & although Horizon has not recently transported me to my medical appts, l recall having them in the past. I had the pleasure of talking with Donna & she was just wonderful. I was greeted with an instant warm welcome. I was on the hunt to find dependable transportation for private use to take my mom & l to a very special venue in Seattle. Donna was able to patiently listen to my circumstances & after a brief hold, she was back with me with a very reasonable quote. I spent many hours googling & calling for weeks that all lead to a dead end. I wish l would have had Horizons business card still on hand. Needless to say l of course booked our trip. I highly recommend Horizon for any transportation needs. Thank-you so much Donna! Today you were a Godsend
