Mr.Rod pulled my HOA out of a junky situation. The HOA sponsors a large dumpster for members to discard large and useless items from their homes. For the last 3 years, outsiders have been over filling and leaving large items around and outside the dumpster. Rod for a nominal fee cleans this problem up and returns our community to its pre dumpster state. Give him a call, and he will solve your problem refuse issues.

I called Last minute to get my garage and basement cleaned out of trash and furnitire items. He was quick to respond and squeezed me in the next day due to a time crunch to get everything out before my closing date. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had 2 loads of stuff. Was very fast and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Rods Hauling.

I am a real estate agent and had a tenant occupied property that was within days of closing. Tenant had left quite an accumulation of items and trash. I met Rod at the property and my last words to him was, "I need it all gone!". He said it would be. Rod did as he said and it was gone! Kept scheduling for 2 weeks . He either cancelled on me or just kept not showing. Texted him personally and he kept lying , saying " I'll come tomorrow..etc". He never showed. I requested quote online and they never contacted me. I will never use his service again.
