The movers were on time, friendly, efficient and completed the move in 2 hours less than the time quoted on the estimate. We had a small mishap during our move in which one of our office desks was broken. The owner of the company did reach out to us after the move and we were able to reach an agreement that I was happy with! Things happen, not everything can go perfect every time, but I appreciated the owner of the company reaching out personally to get the issue resolved.

What an all around lovely experience. It all started with their awesome marketing with the empty box on our doorstep with a flyer. Next, the quoting process from Andrew was quick & top notch. Then, when Cole and her squad arrived to pack on Friday, I was far beyond pleased. Lastly, when Cole and her squad showed up on Saturday to move, I already knew we were in good hands. Everything went as planned, and I really appreciate you. And, the level of communication and updates was perfect. THANK YOU to the entire group! Do not recommend. -10 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment(I had already packed and disassembled all furniture) -Arrived late -would take extended breaks, my ring camera caught them just sitting and talking on my couch -took 1.5 hrs for a 15 min drive, they blamed it on traffic( there was none) -the supervisor was yelling on the phone demanding I pay 1400 or my items would not get unloaded from the truck - they were moving so slow two neighbors decided to help them as it was already late at night I’ve moved many times, never had I witnessed such unprofessional behavior, for my move in, it was a similar move and it took 3 hours not 10. ————————————————————— Was quoted 2 hours for about $400 but it took more than 9 hours and they held my stuff until I paid $1400.

I have used this company twice for moves and would use them again without hesitation. I just moved this week and the crew that came, Dom, Trafton, and Deandre, were exceptionally nice and took great care with my belongings. They got to work immediately and didn’t stop until the job was done even though the move took much longer than I had anticipated. The office staff were also great to work with. Kevin worked with me on pricing and we found a solution that worked for my budget. Thank you House N Box Movers!

How refreshing it is to have reliable people come in your time of need!! We had our movers back out on us very last minute canceling on Friday night for our Saturday move! I found House N Box movers after a quick internet search and Kevin answered my chats at 11PM!! He was able to confirm movers for the following day! I received my quote and it was reasonable! At 7am, Kevin called to say that movers would come at 9am...earlier than expected! At 820am, Dom called to say they were on their way and gave me the exact time of arrival. Dom and Dee arrived as expected and promptly began to start the move! They took such great care to pack the things we didn't pack and wrapped the furniture well! Moving day was saved!! Dom and Dee were very professional and took great care of our stuff. I will not hesitate to use them again and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs movers!!! Thank you house n box!!!
