Dont bother with those people, Find a store that that has sales people who explain their products. there was only 1 sales person when we went. We ordered 2 fireplaces there in December2020 and its almost April 2021 and I only have one working , The large one took was installed yesterday, took forever, plus he forgot to tell us that the fan is not includedso there is no heat . We explicitly asked if fan was included because we wanted to use it as a heater as well. Now the salesman wants me to pay for the extra fan...He never asked me ,if i wanted the fan, if that was an extra item.! I would have said YES! my other fireplace came with the fan and its the same brand! Working i fine. That was the salesman Steve's responsibility to warn us about the options when we first ordered. The lights dont turn on in the front either. They just rush everything , and give little attention to details , they expect customer the customer to figure things out for themselves. the brochure does not say fans are optional. We have been very patient but now I'm disppointed at the customer service.I still dont have a working fireplace. and Steve has been defensive instead of helpful. I will wait to see how he resolves this and then make another review.

Avoid this place at all costs. Sales team members don't know the products nor understand how to order what you ask for, leading to multiple delays, additional expenses and poor behaviors/ attitude. For the amount of money they charge you, I would expect much better. Worst business place I have experienced in a long time.

The customer service is really bad. A lady at front desk asked us if she help us and then after we explained that we want to change the door of the fireplace, she said they don't do the door and told us that she doesn't have time to help us with our fireplace design!! She was rude.

Sales people very helpful in this store. Lots of choices for fireplace inserts. We've had our fireplace insert for over 5 years now and are completely satisfied.
