I’m on the 80 bus from stop 2060 coming at 5:41 am going to Eastwood transit center by 45. I swear a supervisor needs to talk to the driver she has no consideration for people trying to get to work. Now if the train is coming from this end why would you try to make it blocks ahead to catch the other end. Now we have to go way back the other way by Gregg st in which all the drivers should do because she not the only one doing this. I stop riding the 5:40 bus because she stops by the store to get tacos taking her time walking, oh never mind the people who are trying to get to work while you’re on the clock. Mr. Blocker or someone needs to reeducate these drivers, I have a CDL and besides safety customer service is absolutely essential. She just got off the bus now while we are running late to go in and get coffee unbelievable !!!!!!!

Since I have so much time waiting on another late bus I decided to leave a review. I HATE riding the Houston Metro bus. It is a horrible service. They are late 99.9 percent of the time. I get yo the bus stop at 4:47 for a bus that’s supposed to be there at 4:54 but yet it’s 5:15 and still waiting on the bus. Yesterday I was a hour late because my bus was 20 minutes late for a 10 minute bus ride. I honestly think Metro should close and build trains that run on time putting my job status in the hands of a person who can’t drive on time isn’t fair to me. I lose hours at work and time standing on the side of the rode for countless hours a week waiting on late buses. I’ve never been compensated for missed time at work. I would honestly fire 75% of metro employees. Supervisors and all should go now one takes the job seriously. I’m fed up with metro in general. There’s no way they can do better .. it’s just trash in a nutshell!!! Honest opinion and I’m sure others will agree and feel the same pain I feel sitting in 100 degree heat waiting on a late bus. Full of sweat

The entire system is completely terrible, headlined by bus operators who have no idea what they're doing. The bus driver on my projected route not only arrived late, but missed my stop COMPLETELY, without regard of the passengers waiting. To whoever is controlling this metro system of Houston, please recall all of your bus and train operators and make them go through rigorous training, because this is completely unacceptable.

It was really nice. I got a disabled card, loaded it for my business travel. It was clean the whole day. I also felt safe and comfortable. Also I felt like I could come back and feel welcome. It is going to be a lot more economic than taking Uber.

The one star is for the actual bus service more specifically, the drivers as they are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered and had to pay money to. And I understand it is just $1.25 but at the end of the day Metro drivers should not be speaking to adults like they are driving a school bus and we are a little kids. As for the wonderful person I spoke to at Metro on the phone, she could definitely teach the drivers a thing or two about common courtesy. My car was in the shop for a couple days so I had to take a couple trips on the Metro bus. I feel for those that happen to depend on this service because I imagine it takes a lot of patience to deal with those drivers on a daily basis. They literally act like you’re bothering them. Once again, I understand it is public transportation and I don’t expect it to be perfect, but that’s not an excuse for the rudeness that I experienced each and every time with multiple drivers.
