To begin with, bar codes dont work here apparently. You have to then wait in line to be helped. Multi billion dollar company, it's 2024... The attendant then tells me she can't scan the barcode I have. And I need to type in my email.. then she brought over my box and literally gave it a little throw onto the counter.. not the best customer service.

Even though it is out of my way, this is my closest Amazon Store, and since there is now often a charge to return through a UPS store (which is WAY more convenient for me) I have recently had to resort to going here before work, usually between 9-9:30AM. At least 4 out of the 5 times I've attempted to go there recently to do a return during that timeframe, the doors are locked and the lights are all off. Twice (both times at around 9:15AM) the alarm was also going off! Today I arrived around 9:10 to find the doors locked once again, this time with an employee standing outside saying she was there to work, but the person with the key hadn't shown up yet. Seriously Amazon?? This is your main downtown location. Get it together!!!

I visited this establishment to return a product, but encountered issues with their system, as it failed to accept the return due to a fault affecting multiple customers. The individual shown on video, unfortunately, declined to scan the barcode necessary for processing the return. Their lack of professionalism was evident in both demeanor and attire, which initially led me to mistake them for a homeless person loitering outside the premises, only to discover they were an employee. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I hope Amazon addresses this matter promptly. Employees displaying such inappropriate attitudes and attire should not be representing the company.

Non-english speaking customer service reps. All they do is babble babble babble from the third world country. Who's an idiot put in non English people in this position? I would fire that person for irritating the Amazon audience.

Been having some issues with Amazon returns lately. All of a sudden they're scrutinizing my returns. Hey Amazon, you're not a brick and mortar business. The only way for us to find out about your products is order and pay for them. If we don't like them we shouldn't have to keep them! Sheesh!
