We had the best experience with them! The entire crew was polite, professional and very respectful. Ours was a local move, mainly furniture and boxes. They were on time, handled everything with care, made sure no walls or stairs were scratched and disassembled and assembled furniture. We would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We chose this company based at least in part on positive reviews... but we had a terrible experience. To make a long story very short, they were supposed to actually pack our stuff, and they didn't. They just threw it in boxes, willy nilly, without actually packing anything at all (except for the kitchen. The gentleman who packed the kitchen did actually individually wrap cups, plates etc). The result of Hudson's just throwing everything in boxes? Broken glass, broken toiletries (whose contents got all over everything in the box), stains on our furniture (they put a ladder on top of our cream colored couch, which they didn't wrap properly. The ladder left stains, which we were told we would have to get out ourselves. Likewise the mattresses weren't wrapped, so they got gross stuff all over them from the truck. Below are photos of just two of the many, many boxes showing how everything was just thrown in without wrapping. Note: the shiny purple in the picture is a glass vase, which they didn't wrap but just threw in a box with heavy books. Likewise the black frame visible in that picture is a framed glass piece of art - again, no wrapping and just thrown in with heavy books. This is seriously what every box from our home looks like, with the kitchen being the exception. We paid approx $4500 for Hudson's to move us. I don't know why they did this. Did they have new guys on the team? Just in a big hurry? Better training needed? We don't know. All we know is that a lot of our things were damaged or destroyed because Hudson's "packed" us like this:

I recommend Hudson's Pack N Move. Two of their guys packed it up, and four moved me the next day. All were professional, respectful and efficient. The packers labeled my boxes and movers wrapped plastic around vulnerable furniture. I did not find any damages. The fee was competitive and fair. They had all of the supplies we needed. I had ~20 steps coming down from a condo, and it was warm. They made a hard day go much easier for me. They earned my respect, my recommendation and a tip.
