We were on I-81 when our fifth wheel camper had a problem with the rear tire and we had to pull off at an exit into a gas station. Luckily Hugh’s transport was only half a mile away and came quickly and removed the rear tire and then we were able to safely drive to their shop. They replaced the two rear tires and we needed a new hub assembly as well. Steve was able to do the job right away, even working through his lunch to help us get back on the road quickly. The entire staff was very helpful and even let us take our dog into the waiting room with us since it was 90 degrees outside. I can’t say enough good things about everyone at this place. We were so lucky to have had them nearby when we broke down.

If you need an inspection, headlight changed or wipers installed, this is the place, maybe even spark plugs and wires. But if you need your A/C fixed, go elsewhere. Two vehicles of mine gone in for A/C repairs and both have come out not working. The first one was a full system replacement. After two weeks I went in to check on the progress and the girl behind the counter went to get the technician. He comes out telling me that the auxiliary fan doesn't turn on when the system is running. "We hooked the computer up to it but since it's a BMW our computer won't read the codes". They didn't even check to see if it was getting power to the plug..... Duhuh. Recently I took a vehicle in to have the A/C on my pickup diagnosed and charged. Received a call the next day informing me that I need a pressure hose replaced because it's leaking. The next day I'm told I need a compressor kit. After already agreeing to an outrageous price for the hose, I declined the compressor kit installation. I asked if the hose had already been installed and was told that it's being worked on as we speak. Why wasn't I informed of the compressor needing replaced before the hose was installed? Better yet why didn't the compressor issue come up when the hose was discovered leaking? Lesson learned the hard way.
