I contacted Hulk Movers via email to get a quote for moving a printer I had recently purchased. Not only did they reply quickly but they were also able to schedule the move within a few days. The two movers they sent, Joseph and Jalol, were very careful and attentive with the instructions I gave them for moving my printer. The printer could not be in a vertical position for too long and the printer head had to be at the bottom when placed vertically. (Also, this printer weighs over 300 lbs.) Before even moving the printer, they first wrapped it up in a blanket and stretch wrapped it. (I forgot to take a picture.) They then had the unfortunate task of having to go up and down narrow stairs to pick up and deliver it to its new home. I am more than happy to give a 5 star review because Joseph and Jalol delivered my printer safely to its new location. I highly recommend Hulk Movers to anyone who has to move heavy items, they have great prices and great employees.

I got a really good price on the move, and the guys who picked it up did an amazing job, as did the ones who unpacked the truck. My only issue was with the communication. I was initially told I would receive my goods within a week to 10 days. I didn't receive any updates. I had to keep calling, and it turned out that the people with whom I was sharing the truck's house didn't close escrow, so their move was delayed. I don't think that was information that was a surprise. I understand that delays can happen, especially when sharing a truck. But they should have called me as soon as they knew so I could adjust my expectations. I got my goods 4 weeks to the day after the pack-out. Other than that, they're great. Good price, everything arrived in one piece, and the guys who delivered it set everything up for us. They just need to improve their communication.

We will only be using Hulk Movers for any future moves! We hired them for a move last Saturday, and they exceeded our expectations. They were extremely careful in wrapping and protecting our belongings, and on top of that, they were honest and kind. Despite having very heavy furniture and a tricky glass staircase, they handled everything beautifully, with no damage at all. A big thank you to Deepak, Jamal, Sardor, and Dina – it was a pleasure to spend the day with you, and we truly appreciate the hard work that my husband and I could never have managed ourselves.
