They said the package usually arrive in 10 days, though I sent mine on Jan 10th, and I was told that it will arrive after Tet holiday because of the tremendous amount of gifts sent during that time, so I was fine with that. i came back on Feb 10th to check it, and they told me it should have arrived already and that the reason they didn't call my recipient yet is because they were having a funeral in Vietnam and they would start calling recipients next week, so I said OK. Then when my recipient came in next week, they said my package is still stuck in Taipei! I came back to the office 2 days later, which is Feb 19th, and they told me a lot of packages are stuck in Taiwan(?) because their storage in HCMC can't handle the amount of Tet packages, and they assured me it will arrive within next week. Both these times, they didn't even look at the receipt I tried to hand them; they didn't even look up tracking or anything, they just gave me an explaination straight away which smells heavily as excuses. Now their office in VN isn't even picking up my recipient's calls. It's been almost 2 months.

Gave them many opportunities before leaving this negative review, but they do not seem to care at all about customers and will completely ignore you after you have paid to send things using their shipping service. My package was supposed to be sent within one week, and it’s been now almost three weeks and my family received nothing. I called management 5 times and each time they said they would take the information to check just as a way to hang up the phone with you. Gave them all the info they needed over the phone, text, and asked for a response, but nobody got back. Paid $300+ for shipping for no tracking and horrible customer service. Not to mention, before I decided to send packages with them, I let them know that this was for gifts for a special event and that we needed it delivered on time. The event was yesterday and nobody got anything. I would try other services before giving them any business. Avoid at all cost!
