After dealing with delays, unprofessional behavior, and blatant dishonesty, it’s clear that they have no intention of delivering the services they claim to offer. The vehicle we trusted them to transport was severely damaged, and they refused to take any responsibility. Their so-called customer service was rude and dismissive, making it impossible to resolve the issue. It’s shocking that companies like this still exist. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the headache and frustration—avoid A-1 Auto Transport at all costs.
