My wife ordered a package from Crate & Barrel and unfortunately we had the displeasure of receiving our package through Inland logistics. First and foremost let me begin by saying while our package was on time, the service and professionalism that our particular delivery driver has is beyond discerning. Our delivery driver showed up with whom perhaps is his underage son to delivery the package at the front door. His father, who was at the back of the truck, most likely did not witness any of this. The young boy returned back to his car and proceeded to throw and dismantle used napkins and trash all over our driveway. I then reached out to inland logistics to file a formal complaint. The lady on the phone was very sweet and sincere , So kudos for that. I did also inform crate and barrel to please stop using this company for their lack of professional drivers. Please see the pictures below to see a before and after picture of the floor with said napkins and trash.

I am not surprised to see this company has a 1.0 rating. They delivered my Crate and Barrel package, which inside contained my paid for crate and barrel gift wrap, and left it in the pouring rain. For context, I have a side walk that leads to a completely covered, DRY front porch. They chose to leave it out in the rain on my driveway instead of walking the few extra steps to my front door. Crate and Barrel really should drop this terrible carrier

I’m baffled this company still is doing any business with large retailers but they appear live and well. Like other reviewers, I had the misfortune of seeing their tracking pop up on Target orders. Orders plural. I attempted to purchase some floor pillows from Target and THREE times now, this company has held my package hostage. The first time, I gave them 2 weeks (despite the supposed 2-day shipping window) before I canceled and reordered. Then I gave it almost a month in hopes I’d be one of the few that would eventually get my order. Then, I decided to try one more time since Target promised me they would use a different carrier - they didn’t. It has been almost 2 months now of attempting to get anything from this scam of a company. If you see this company’s tracking code pop up, best just cancel when you can and move on. Hopefully they won’t be around much longer.

I can probably safely guess that you're reading these reviews because Inland either lost your package or said they delivered when in fact, they didn't. I purchased two items from Crate and Barrel. FedEx delivered one package in three days. The other package was assigned to Inland as the last mile carrier. The tracking provided to me showed the package sitting in a warehouse in New Jersey for four days. I called customer service and he said it'll be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes but no package. Then I get a text message saying that they lost the package in the warehouse. I immediately called C&B about the situation, and they said they've been getting a lot of complaints about Inland. How they're still operational is beyond me.

I wish I could rate them 0/5 stars. I can’t believe a major retailer like Target actually uses this sham of a courier company. I don’t think I will be ordering from them anymore knowing they might ship it via Inland logistics. The tracking said my package was in my town one day, then it was in a completely different state the next day. It didn’t move from that point forward. Inland is impossible to get a hold of, but when they finally answered me via email they said my package would be arriving within the next week. The next day, my packasge was mysteriously marked as delivered when it most certainly was not. I called back and they said it would be investigated and that I would get a call back. Never did. I reached out again and was told it was located and would be delivered within the next few days. They transferred me to a different customer service rep who then told me it was lost. Bottom line is they are not reliable and are pretty shady about what happens with their packages.
