I don't have the words to say just how pleased I was hiring this company. Communication was clear, pricing was fair and excellent, and the movers were simply out of this world. I am a world-class pack rat, so this was not an easy move considering I also own a good amount of heavy furniture, and the guys had to remove the furniture from a second floor apartment and move it to a third floor apartment. That said, they worked efficiently as quickly as they could while taking care of my belongings. I will be keeping ILS in my contacts for when it is time to move again because I can't think of any other moving company I trust more. These guys are great!

This was my first time experiencing movers. They sent 3 excellent hardworking individuals; Jamal, Forest and Christian. However all my belongings in the storage unit had to be all wrapped with paper or put in a box to load up into the giant crates in the truck. The work ended up being much longer than expected, being close to 5hrs with no breaks. My 3 larger items did not fit into one crate and and the end they explained to me that they had to use a bigger crate from the warehouse.

September 7th and 8th 2023, we had ILS Relocation pack our house and on September 11th they physically moved it. It was delivered September 21st. Very impressed with ILS Relocation. We used them for a military move. Everyone was timely, nice and easy to talk to. Packers Sept 7th and 8th - Mary- nice, organized, proficient. Team leader for day one. - Charlesha - competent and friendly - McKensey - competent and friendly, talked and played with my 4 year old daughter a bit. - Tyler- quite, friendly and polite. - Physical movers: Sept 11th - Dallas - hard working, a little rough around the edges but nice to kiddos. - Dustin - very friendly and polite says "yes ma'am, no ma'am", no fuss or hassle. Coordinated the physical move. - Austin - hard worker, nice, polite - Skyler - hard worker, nice, polite Drop off - September 21st - Matt coordinated the move and he told me he hired local contractors to help him. They were all great, no issues. These folks are all very hard working people and we really appreciate how well they respected our stuff.

Movers were decent, but one worker leaned on the unprofessional side. When backing the truck into my driveway, my fence was damaged by their truck. This broke some of the fence post as well as my driveway security sensor. The team did not communicate very well , which resulted in confusion. They left paperwork with me that they needed and requested me to fax it to them for some reason.In my case, this was for a household goods move from my time in Active Duty military, but I wouldn’t recommend going with these movers unless you have to.

Mary, Jamia, Miranda and Egypt did our pack out and they were fabulous! The Army has moved us quite a few times in the last 26 years and this was probably one of the best packs we have had. These ladies were so professional. Awesome job!!
