What started off as a good move, has turned into a nightmare. During the process of the move, the team had to remove the doors of our fridge and also a stack off my smoker. When delivered, they put the doors back on wrong, and now the fridge isn't holding temp. The smoker is still taken apart as well. I have tried and tried for help, to no avail. The driver, Stefan, had me sign everything on an iPad and I mistakenly signed that I took the fridge apart. I had a fully paid move...not only do I not know how to take the doors off, I would have no reason to. This is upsetting, as I did the driver a favor and did not file a property damage claim when they damaged door frames, and instead accepted a cash offer through cashapp on 12/15 for $60 (less than the damage amount, as I was trying to "help" him out during the holidays since he told me his deductible was $250). Shame on me for trusting the driver to do the right thing, as he full well knows I did not take that apart. It is my fault for not following the process, however I believe it is unethical for the driver to have even asked about the side deal. I felt pressured into saying yes, and while I shouldn't have said yes, I also shouldn't have been put in that position. Now I feel double screwed that I not only didn't file the damage claim, but now I need to get a tech to work on the fridge. If you company makes you use Imlach, just be sure to read every last letter of every page you sign, as the drivers (and management) will do everything they can to absolve themselves of any responsibility.

My move with Imlach went smoothly and was definitely reliable and the crew was polite, courteous and HARD WORKING. All my belongings were moved with care and nothing was broken or damaged. From the first phone call to the final move I felt that everything was under control. I definitely would recommend Imlach for their professionalism and reliability.

Our first move by a professional team, and I want to say that it was flawless. The communication from Durand (Director, Relocation Services) we exceptional. He came out and gave us plenty of options and discussed the process with us as he was estimating the items to be moved. We ended up packing all of our belongings ourselves, except the furniture. Imlach Group called and confirmed the truck load date a few days before the truck arrived. The driver, Eric, Shawn, the master Tetris packer, and the rest of the team were very respectful and treated our belongings as if they were their own. They laid out mats were the dollies would be used and wrapped the doorways with blankets so they wouldn't get dinged up! They wrapped everything with moving blankets that wasn't in a box. While the team was loading the truck I received several calls to inquire how the load was going and if we had any issues. The truck arrived on time for the unload and that team was also extremely courteous and carefully unloaded and transferred our belongings to their designated spots. It was a very stress less move, and not one ding or scratch in any of our furniture and no damage to any of items we boxed ourselves. I would highly recommend Imlach Group to anyone needing relocation services! Well done team, and thank you for taking great care with our items.

We are VERY PLEASED with our moving process. From the time I spoke with Durand Watkins, our moving agent from Imlach, on the phone he put my mind COMPLETELY at ease and just 'took control' my stress levels went from a 10 to a 1!! His follow up calls ensuring moving dates, prices, and all the info we needed were extremely helpful. The followup calls from Shauna and Keri were extremely thoughtful and showed the concern this company has for its customers and excellence of service! We used Imlach movers in 2009 when we moved from Michigan to Colorado in the dead of winter and snow storms, used them to come Back to Michigan in 2018 (Durand was our agent then also), and when we decided to move from Upper Michigan to Phoenix, during the heat of the hottest summer on record, the Imlach team got our belongings there safe and sound! THREE TIMES using them have been an excellent experience. They care about their customers and the excellence of service is outstanding. Now a word about the driver and his team he hired in Michigan, then again in Phoenix. John Brown! He's the MAN!! He kept in touch by phone calls and let us know the status of pick up and delivery. He and his team had us packed up and then unpacked and NOT ONE SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN!! They were extremely courteous and fast!! Also i would like to mention the pricing was very reasonable for the move(s) also. Very important.. Thank you to everyone who made this move a smooth transition for us. We had a wonderful experience moving with Imlach Group! Our movers Stefan & Kevin were very polite & helpful throughout the whole moving experience. They communicated with us on their arrival to each house , packed up our whole apartment, drove it a far distance without breaking anything. They brought boxes to the new house room locations & assembled furniture. They were diligent with time & tried to make an effort to be accommodating to us during the moving process ( such as packing various items at the end to accommodate our needs & comfortability with the moving process). Imlach checked in with us through each step to ensure the process was going according to plan. We cannot recommend them & this moving company enough! Thank you for all your help.
