I used this moving company and got robbed of my belongings. The movers transfer your entire belongings to other drivers . So you won't know how stole your belongings..then they tell you to make an insurance claim of missing items,, FOLKS that's as far as it goes..in my opinion there Not to be trusted I worked and saved to buy for them to steal..

I'd give negative 5 stars if it were an option.. The movers picked up my belongings in New York in a 26 ft Box truck and ended up transferring it into a semi truck to deliver to me at my apartment.... Not very many apartment complexes can fit semi trucks in and out of. Long story short they tried to charge me an extra $1000 because they had to unload my things in front of the complex and dolly them to my unit.. They ended up only charging me $500 or threatened me to take my things and I'd be without them. I ended up paying for it in the end but these things need to be discussed before hand so that I could've booked with a better company. Don't always go by the cheapest rate, especially not with these guys. They offered no type of consideration for me and I spent thousands moving, to add another $1000 is outrageous especially since they picked my stuff up in a regular moving van and tried to deliver in a freaking SEMI TRUCK!! Do not use this company! For peace of mind, pay the extra money these other more credible companies charge and get your stuff taken care of. Worst company by far I've ever dealt with.

I was very happy with the moving service. They gave me a biding price, and stuck to it. Everything was included. The movers arrived on time. Wrapped everything well, delivered on the day and time they agreed. No damages, and the crews were very professional and a pleasure to work with. The office staff were easy to communicate with, they followed up dillegently. All in all, I was very impressed with the service - the staff both in office and on the trucks all tried their very best to give us a good move, and they succeeded. Very happy.

I used Impress Moving for my move. I went with them because their price was cheaper but, when the movers showed up to my house the price went up by 300 because my furniture was more fragile than they originally thought. I had described my furniture in detail however, I was still quoted an incorrect price. I have been off of work for a month and asked that my furniture be placed in storage. The furniture was placed in storage. I called in inquire about my furniture and was told that I needed to send an email confirming I wanted my furniture to come out of storage. Well, come thanksgiving day, my furniture was being delivered to me. Mind you I really did not have the cash for the delivery. I called Impress and one of the workers laughed when I said it was thanksgiving and stated “she’s says it’s thanksgiving” I did asked to speak with a manager. This man told me he was the “manager, dispatcher, and the driver”. SMH. The man on the phone only backed off of delivering my furniture on thanksgiving when I told him I was going to write a review on Yelp and report them to the better business bureaus. He was insisting on delivering my furniture even though I told him I have no money. They had their movers stay the night in a bread by hotel. The men who moved my furniture in were pleasant and I did tip them because this mix up was not their fault. My furniture was chipped. I’m under warranty with the manufacturer so it’s not a big deal. If I could deal with the movers only and not the people behind the scenes this company would be perfect. I will never use them for my moves in the future

We used Impress to move from CT to NC. Great moving crew but… The first truck (which was the problem) was filled on a Thursday with boxes of items from all over our home. It went back to Brooklyn and was “kept in the warehouse” Thursday night, all day Friday and Friday night and left for NC on Saturday with the second truck that was filled with furniture on Friday. After a few months of unpacking boxes my wife noticed many, many items were missing. I was in disbelief because everything had gone so smoothly. My wife contacted Natalie at Impress and she was rude and condescending in her emails and she had our moving dates wrong. It took her two separate time to send a claim form that didn’t make sense because it specified damage NOT THEFT. Over a third of our items were stolen while in their warehouse, dish ware, many sets of glass ware, platters, art supplies and very personal religious items and the list goes on. We filled out the form and whatever descriptions that we could and there has been nothing but dead silence, not even an apology. Watch your things with Impress, they could be stolen from you.
