The service was great. Nice people, they made fair recommendations, and were very efficient. In and out in approximately 20 mins. I appreciate the 20% discount when I added on additional services (air filter, new wipers), but the initial cost of $120 for a synthetic oil change is high.

I am extremely disappointed with my service here. There was a lack of detail when having my car serviced and checking my tires pressure when I asked. I knew something was off with my car so I wanted them to check my tires and I wasn’t sure exactly what was up, but the very next day I got a flat tire on the high way and my tires were out of alignment causing the belt of the wheel to be visible. I can’t believe this went unseen by them and also not checked when the warning light was on in my car.

The best experience at Jiffy Lube camden, was greeted by Eduardo the technician and helped me through the whole process quickly and efficiently, and the rest of the jiffy lube team who conducted the oil change. Was recommend the necessary service and if you happen to have coupons, it helps a lot. They won another client, I highly recommend jiffy lube camden.

No wait, and the service was completed quickly. However, the technician who drove the car either smoked in the car, or just before getting in the car, so it smelled like an ashtray when I got in. Disgusting and shows no respect, IMO.

I have never had an issue with service at the Camden/Hillsdale Jiffy Lube however I was reluctant to go there this time based on some negative Yelp reviews. I found the service to be excellent on my most recent visit this week. The young men working were friendly and efficient. I will definitely continue to use this location for my oil changes.
