Fully dissatisfied with installation and accountability at this location. A few months after having my oil changed by jiffy lube, my check engine light came on, and my regular mechanic found the oil filter had been put on with a vice grip. This had caused all the oil to leak from my vehicle over the course of a few months. The jiffy lube store manager claims this couldn't have happened because he was the one working on my vehicle, and that they won't issue a refund because they didn't see the vehicle before my mechanic worked on it. They also won't make any attempt to verify this information with my mechanic or further inspect my vehicle. So I'm stuck with the bill because "I didn't read the fine print". Who in their right mind would see a check engine light and go to jiffy lube? These terms and policies are intentionally inane to avoid claiming responsibility for human error. Better to spend your money at a shop that hires people with experience and integrity.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! RIP OFF SPECIALISTS! In short.. UPSELL YOU UNEEDED STUFF AT EXORBITANT PRICES while they PROMISE YOU SHORT TIME & DON'T DELIVER! As a FLEET DRIVER they sneak overpriced charges into the direct bill system! Last time (for me ever again) they replaced my new WIPER BLADES at 3X regular store price AND THE DRIVER SIDE BLADE WAS INSTALLED ALREADY BROKEN, no locking clip in [see photo]. Days later refused to replace it. Most commonly they replace AIR FILTERS when you don't need them AT 6X STREET PRICE!

Avoid this place at all costs. I had my car serviced at this location of Jiffy lube and they created a problem and then refused to address it. I have been a customer of other Jiffy lube outlets for several years and have always experienced professional services, but not at this Palo Alto outlet. The management and team at this outlet were most unprofessional and refused to correct a problem that they created.

I truly appreciate the intelligence and competence of the staff at this Jiffy Lube location. Several others have deteriorated, but this one is exceptionally good. Many thanks to them! no wonder they have such happy customers!!!
