This company seemed nice at first, but when I told them I had very large, heavy furniture they sent 2 fairly small guys to move the stuff. They make you sign a 'they are not responsible for damages waiver' before moving anything. During the moving process, one took time to text and talk on the phone. They also almost dropped one big piece of mine scuffing it in the process. As I have been unpacking I have found various broken pieces and I have contacted the company about it but they do not seem interested in making it right. One was a large glass table top, that was broken in to two pieces. I was told if the boxes my stuff was in was not damaged they were not responsible. To go with that logic I could drop a box full of glass and the box be fine, its the glass inside that's not. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jason Arnold Interiors worked with In & Out Moving & Delivery Co for an Interior Design installation. Based in Nashville TN, we rely on our collaborations for out of town installs. The professionalism and sincere desire to assist in ensuring our client was taken well care of was amazing. In & Out truly cared about the caring for our furnishings, the timeliness of the experience and doing all they could from the office staff to the gentlemen who did the physical labor on the day of the install. Additionally, the way the guys responded each time we asked for an item (that may have weighed hundred and hundreds of pounds) to be moved another time was always respectful and eager to help. JAI would recommend In & Out every day of the year!
